Prisco Roller Maintanence Kit

Prisco® Roller Maintenance Kit – a 4 piece kit consisting of Fount System Cleaner, De-Calcifying Agent, Roller Conditioner and Roller Lube. This kit will remove all contaminants from the fount system and calcium from the rollers and restore the inking rollers to near perfect condition.

Prisco® Royal Flush is a heavy duty cleaner for dampening and recirculating systems. When used a directed, Prisco Royal Flush cleans and disinfects dampening systems on all types of printing presses.

Prisco® Salt Cystal Remover removes calcium carbonate as well as other salt build-ups and glaze on press rollers, this prevents stripping and promotes more consistent colour control.

Prisco® Eezy Klene acts as a rubber deglazer, cleaner and conditioner. It containers plasticizers that prevent premature hardening of rollers and blankets, while providing deep cleaning action during wash-ups and colour changes.

Prisco® Roller Lube reduces friction and helps prevent overheating, swelling and cracking, by lubricating dry rollers being run without ink . Prisco® Roller Lube should also be used to prevent stored rollers from drying out and cracking.
