About our delivery service

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £250, We charge for standard UK delivery on orders under £250.

• The delivery options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).
• Products sent to private addresses will require somebody in to recieve the items. If not, the package will be returned to the Couriers depot.
• Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
• If you order items with both 1 and 3 day quoted dispatch times, your order may be consolidated and those products will arrive together, usually within 3 working days
• We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas and the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas.
• On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

Please include: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
